1. Services and Account Registration

We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, packaging, and details of our organic spices, teas, and botanical selections. However, because our products are natural and artisanal, slight variations in color, grind, and aroma may occur.

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR / ₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify prices, discontinue products, or limit order quantities at any time without prior notice.

3. Payments and Security

Payments on our website are processed securely using the Razorpay payment gateway. Razorpay supports credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and authorized digital wallets.

By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment method. All payment data is processed using industry-standard SSL encryption and is compliant with PCI-DSS guidelines. We do not store or have access to your raw payment card credentials.

4. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

All requests for order cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing the order or prior to shipment. Once an order has been shipped from our estate, it cannot be cancelled.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, icons, and software, is the property of Spice Port or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. 6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spice Port and its affiliates, directors, officers, and employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our Services, the inability to use the website, or products purchased through our store.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and your relationship with Spice Port shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. You agree that any legal action, dispute, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Idukki, Kerala, India.
